The Essence

The Essence collage series is a play of color and pattern inspired by what the human eye perceives as the perfect symmetry found in the natural world.

It is also an exploration of visual possibilities and complexities in transitions from handmade to digital. Each piece starts as an analog collage that gets transformed through digital multiplication. This process is meant to create symmetry and repetition, which results in a new image with a magnetic visual center.
